Elizabeth Pirsch is an attorney specializing in estate and tax planning with over 26 years of experience. She received her Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law and a Masters of Tax (LL.M.) from Georgetown University Law Center. She clerked for the Chief Justice of the Nebraska Supreme Court and interned for Congressman Tom Harkin after completing law school. She is admitted To Practice in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Ms. Pirsch has been active in community and professional activities. She wrote the estate and inheritance tax section of the D.C. Lawyers' Practice Manual at the request of the D.C. Bar Association and assisted the D.C. Department of Finance and Revenue to draft estate tax regulations. She has served as counsel to the City of Alexandria in the formation and operation of two non-profits partnered with the City. Ms. Pirsch is a frequent lecturer on tax, estate and probate planning to many public and private groups and served as the chair of the Tax Committee of the Alexandria Bar Association.
